After being a finalist in the popular singing TV show « Star Académie » in 2003, « Bab’s » played everywhere in Eastern Canada, from bars to bigger scenes and festivals. He also played at the mythical bar Whisky a Go Go in Hollywood, CA. In 2024, François performed two sold-out shows with Star Académie’s 2003 cohort at Montreal’s Bell Centre and Quebec’s Videotron Centre. Everywhere the Rockstar goes, he leaves his mark with his incredible, fiery and intense hoarse voice.  He also released an album in 2004 with Star Académie friends called Frank, Dave & Steph (Ent’chums).
